At APIX we pride ourselves on always being there for you, our client.

As Graphisoft Authorised Partner we are your first line of support and we would be happy to assist you in resolving your technical query.

Should you need assistance outside of normal office hours, you may be able to find the answer you are looking for on one of the ArchiCAD Forums or the Frequently Asked Questions area.

ArchiPLUS - Maintenance, Enhancement and Support Scheme

Our unique ArchiPLUS maintenance scheme was launched in 2006 for existing ArchiCAD users and educational institutions who requested full upgrades, support and quarterly payments to plan budgets.
As Graphisoft Authorised Partner for South Africa, Apix are able to offer a scheme benefiting from fixed price upgrades for the following two or three years, an individual renewal date and support.
We have designed this comprehensive service for those customers who understand the value of having guaranteed joint support from Apix and Graphisoft, and also assure the benefit from the latest facilities in ArchiCAD and developments in the marketplace.
During the ArchiPLUS period we will provide customers with the following products and services:
- Notification of patches, upgrades and new releases of ArchiCAD.
- All full product upgrades and new releases of ArchiCAD incorporating Graphisoft's Upgrade Advantage Service (UAS).
- Technical support, via telephone, fax and e-mail, during normal business hours. Support is provided by Apix and is backed up by priority support from Graphisoft.
- The purchase of additional ArchiCAD licences at a volume discount price based on the total number of licences held. This additional licence pricing is exclusive to ArchiPLUS customers only.
- Continued development of ArchiCAD skills, Q & A sessions on the entry to selected seminars, and preferential access to selected exhibitions and trade shows.
- ArchiNEWS - New products/services, tips and tricks, GDL objects, forthcoming events.
- A training audit where an assessment of the skills level of users and the application of ArchiCAD are undertaken with recommendations on how to improve productivity and reduce costs (only available to customers with ten or more ArchiCAD licences).
- Discounts redeemable against any Apix training course/material or Graphisoft Productivity Tools (i.e Artlantis, Virtual Tutor, Piranesi).
